As a Financial Manager with MTSI, you will be responsible for providing financial management support to ensure the efficient allocation and oversight of resources for mission initiatives. This position will be located in the San Diego, CA area.

Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
• Performing financial analyses and execution of programs and projects, including preparing Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR), sub-allocations, and Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) funding documents;
• Tracking and managing funding activities of obligations and expenditures;
• Monitoring program budget execution;
• Preparing documentation to support the budgetary process;
• Identifying/tracing financial discrepancies and coordinating corrective action;
• Delivering quality funding data to support timely decision-making;
• Providing data updates to financial management tools, as required;
• Maintaining cognizance of designated program funds; and/or
• Providing inputs for recurring monthly budget execution meetings.
Qualifications Required:
Education:
• Bachelor's of Arts or Science degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related discipline
Clearance Requirements:
• Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility).

Qualifications Required:
- 10 years' experience working as a Financial Manager or in a related field.
- Working knowledge of Government contracting and acquisitions processes
Education:
• Bachelor's of Arts or Science degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related discipline
Clearance Requirements:
• Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility).
