Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Conducts reviews and analysis of the Controlled Information program, to include review and analysis of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Controlled National Security Information (CNSI) categories and applicable statutes, regulations, and policies.
  • Evaluates and provides recommendations to integrate or improve program/project objectives.
  • Identifies and develops methods, plans, and documentation to streamline operating procedures, reports, forms, and systems to improve operations.
  • Supports the development of policies, procedural documentation, automated forms, and other deliverables in support of executing decisions.
  • Assists with program analysis and review, documenting performance measures, and related processes.
  • Assists with the development and routine technical review and update of the Controlled Information (CI) Self-Inspection maturity model, CI Handbook, and Incident Management Plan.
  • Provides CI subject matter expertise in designated meetings and draft summaries, decision points, and take-away actions for the project lead.
  • Provides program management input for presentation to CI stakeholders and management officials.
  • Reviews, coordinates, develops, and analyzes all CI program information and materials
  • Develops and provides in-person CI training and education.
  • Works with the learning management section in the maintenance of CI training online and in-person course materials.
  • Drafts CI communications to include correspondence, newsletters, briefings, reports, policies, and guidance products
  • Assists with drafting CI program communications, including correspondence, newsletters, briefings, reports, policies, and guidance products.
  • Provides input to the project manager for weekly reports summarizing CI-related tasks/activities/deliverables, along with associated deadlines and progress status. Files reports in the designated recordkeeping location.
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Project Analyst
  • 3 years' experience with the Federal Government
  • Thorough understanding of the Classification of Information in the Federal Government
  • Ability to get and maintain Federal Security Clearance or Existing Clearance Preferred
  • Excellent Communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Education

Associate's degree in a related field, or relevant progressive work experience.
