Job Description:
Works as a consulting team member or an individual consultant providing objective advice, expertise, and specialized skills in, but not limited to, supporting projects related to the individual's subject matter expertise. These senior employees are considered experts in a functional domain (e.g., large scale enterprise solutions, acquisition, industry, client, finance, organizational development, etc.) with a number of years of experience. SMEs prepare and deliver presentations to colleagues, subordinates, commercial clients, and government representatives. Assures the proper use of current or requested programming, testing, and documentation techniques. Produces and/or reviews documentation and reports reflecting knowledge of areas as identified in the statement of work. Generally, employees assigned to this job are very senior level individual contributors but may have supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Generally recognized as a leader in the industry in the areas of Offensive Counter Intelligence and Special Access Program Administration; sought out by others in the area of expertise for advice and guidance
• Provide expert support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter
• Serve as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives. Expertise is in a particular area of Information Technology (e.g., Cybersecurity, Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Systems Management.
• Perform highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies
• May serve as a technical consultant to a project or a number projects dealing with area of technical expertise
• Coordinate with contract management and Government personnel to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs
Clearance:
• TS/SCI with current CI Poly
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in field applicable to the position and 10 years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Required skills/experience:
• Counterintelligence background - minimum 15 years
• Extensive experience using common counterintelligence tools, including but not limited to, POM and the COIN family of software applications.
• Experience with Counterintelligence IT functional requirements management, with hands-on history of Functional Requirement Document submission.
• Minimum of 3 years as a CPSO supporting Special Access Programs.

- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work within varied conditions some which may be small or confined.
