Red Team Penetration Tester Mid

Job Description

This role is supporting a US Navy organization in Tidewater Virginia by providing a range of advanced penetration testing activities to ensure cyber resiliency throughout the system lifecycle. We are looking for highly specialized and experienced Red Team/Penetration Testers to support this important mission!

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor

of Science in Computer Science, or Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering

• DoD 8570.01-M in accordance with (IAW) DFARS 252.239-7001 Baseline Certification, minimum CSSP Auditor.
• Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), or Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), or Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP) certification.
• TS/SCI Security Clearance
• Seven (7) years of full-time professional experience conducting penetration testing or offensive Cyber
  operations in each of the following areas:
  
  o Developing and utilizing penetration tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, Cobalt Strike;
  
  o Mimicking threat behavior;
  
  o Utilizing various operating systems (Linux, Windows, MAC OS);
  
  o Utilizing Active Directory;
  
  o Performing exploit development;
  
  o Identifying gaps in tools and development techniques; and
  
  o Performing development with at least two scripting or programming languages (python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#, etc.)

Desired Skills

• Other relevant certifications or formal training in cybersecurity or Information Technology
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility working in a team environment for extended hours when required
• Masters Degree or higher
