We are seeking a Team Lead to provide senior-level technical and operational leadership across software development, AI/ML systems, and application operations management. This role ensures effective execution of team-specific requirements while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives and government mission needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide senior-level leadership and oversight for assigned technical teams, ensuring successful execution of software development, AI/ML, or application operations requirements.
• Lead day-to-day technical and operational activities, coordinating resources, priorities, and deliverables across the team.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for team-specific requirements, collaborating closely with program leadership and government stakeholders.
• Guide system development, deployment, and sustainment activities in accordance with security, performance, and operational standards.
• Support application operations management, including system monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify technical and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure mission continuity and system reliability.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles supporting software development, AI/ML systems, or application operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: software engineering, AI/ML systems, or application operations management.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required for classified work.
