Information Operations Assistant Specialist II - Hurlburt Field, FL

The contractor shall provide Information Operations (IO) support to assist with Operations in the Information Environment, IO, Deception, and Operations Security (OPSEC) planning. Provides strategic, operational, and tactical level expertise in support of AFSOC’s IO planning. Contractor shall provide mission and operational planning efforts support the integration of all information forces for Military Information Support Operations, Deception, and OPSEC.

Required Qualifications

The contractor shall provide the following documents electronically:

Monthly Status Report (MSR). As a minimum, monthly status report will include total daily and monthly man hours. The contractor shall provide total monthly expenditures, cumulative expenditures, and projection of expenditures through the end of the performance period for labor, transportation and other direct costs (ODCs). Metrics shall address each Service Summary item, and any other contractor identified metrics that will enable successful performance of the contract requirements. Contractor format is acceptable.
Trip Reports. Trip reports shall contain the, where, why, when, and how of the trip. Additionally, the reports must indicate if the travel was paid by the government or contractor. Contractor format is acceptable.
Semi-Annual Program Management Review. The PMR shall provide a report and briefing on current contract status, expenditures to date, manpower information, total contract value, performance assessments, accomplishments, risks, training events, obstacles, challenges, and successes. Contractor format is acceptable.
Quality Control Plan. The contractor shall provide a Quality Control (QC) Plan which includes a detailed description of the processes to be used during performance to ensure the services meet or exceed the requirements of this contract. The plan shall provide for systematic, early identification of non-conforming services; develop metrics to track performance trends with particular emphasis on Services Summary (SS) items in this PWS; detail corrective actions required to ensure timely and acceptable performance in accordance with the PWS; identify contractor inspector responsible for performing periodic inspections; and, describe the contractor’s quality and safety partnering approach with the government to ensure mission objectives are met and detail control procedures for safety, training, and reporting. Contractor format is acceptable.
Personnel Roster. The contractor shall provide a list of all contractor employees, duty location, and position. Contractor format is acceptable.
Simulator Utilization Report. The contractor shall deliver a Simulator Utilization Report outlining lost/incomplete simulator events and other production reports if loss of training or incomplete training occurs. Government format will be utilized.
Staffing Plan for Hard-to-Fill Locations. The contractor shall deliver a Staffing Plan for Hard-to-Fill Locations. Contractor format is acceptable.
Must have a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in either Information Operations, Deception Activities, Military Information Support Operations (MISO), or Operations Security with a bachelor’s degree or higher.


10 years’ experience can supersede the education requirements.
