Responsibilities
Agile Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using the ScrumBan Agile approach.
- Assist in implementing and sustaining agile structures and velocity.
- Conduct sessions to educate analysts and developers on agile/Scrum processes, including backlog management, point assessments, story creation, and establishing the Definition of Done.
eForms Development:
- Design, develop, test and maintain Electronic Forms (eForms) using tools such as Adobe Professional, Adobe Experience Manager Designer, and SharePoint.
- Enhance existing eForms to meet 508 compliance standards.
- Test eForms for 508 compliance using screen readers (e.g., JAWS).
- Replace InfoPath functionality with custom Forms solutions.
- Propose and plan potential InfoPath replacements.
Expertise:
- Provide expert knowledge on deprecation standards and processes.
- Assist in the proper migration of sites to newer versions of SharePoint.
User Support:
- Offer ongoing helpdesk support, investigating and troubleshooting eForms-related issues.
- Respond to user inquiries promptly and resolve reported issues.
Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive SharePoint development experience, including migrations from 2013 to 2019, transitioning forms to the cloud, and working with various eForms solutions.
- Experience with Agile/Kanban software development methodologies.
- Experience transitioning from InfoPath to PowerApps.
- Experience in providing helpdesk support using ITSM best practices.
- Experience with 508 compliance and compliance reading tools like JAWS.
- Experience in Implementation and Sustainment Support to include version updates and patching.
- 5+ hours of official training in AEM Designer and Adobe Professional within the last year.
- 2+ years of experience creating dynamic forms in AEM Designer and Adobe Professional.
- 5+ hours of official training on SharePoint site creation and editing (On-Premises and SharePoint Online).
