Radiance Technologies is searching for an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist/System Administrator to provide support to computer systems and network infrastructure for an Army customer. The qualified candidate will provide maintenance, sustainment, and system administrator support services for classified and unclassified network environments, ensuring compliance with applicable cybersecurity requirements and continuity of operations. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, across government customer functional teams, and cybersecurity team members.

Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in the installation, configurations, and maintenance of servers, desktops, and network devices in accordance with applicable Army cybersecurity policies.
- Experience in Patch Management for a fleet of information systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to evaluate and gain comprehension of new technologies to assist with new requirement implementation efforts.
- Experience with supporting software and hardware environments that utilize commercial, GOTS, and custom applications and tooling.
- Experience performing hardware/software implementation and integration, and general infrastructure support.
- Experience preparing documentation related to system configurations and baselines.
- Experience with providing backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space.
- Provide daily, on-site, support for the operations/maintenance.
- Performs troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network problems.
- Experience in User account and access control management in a domain or stand-alone environment.
- Experience in System Administration duties in a Windows environment.
- Experience with the proper marking, handling, and storage of classified materials.
Required Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers, and senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple networks in a dynamic, demanding environment.
- Basic knowledge of Risk Management Framework requirements and how they impact the configuration requirements for Windows and Linux systems.
- Active Top Secret with SCI security clearance
Desired Experience
- Prior experience as a System Administrator at an organization of similar size and complexity.
- DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification. (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
- Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners.
- Familiar with RMF, JSIG, and NIST/DFARS compliance security controls and how to implement on various OS computer systems.
