Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and Analyze Data: Independently review intricate datasets to identify anomalies, gaps, or unexpected trends. Your curiosity and analytical skills will help uncover hidden opportunities and risks.
• Insightful Interpretation: Translate data into clear, actionable insights. Your ability to summarize key findings will guide decision-making across the organization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with various stakeholders-finance, operations, contracts-to enrich your data story with context and validate your findings.
• Narrative Craftsmanship: Distill raw data into compelling narratives and recommendations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive Analysis: Anticipate data questions and business needs before they arise, preparing insightful analyses that keep the organization ahead of the curve.
• Continuous Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on data sources to detect early signs of risks, performance shifts, or outliers.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Security Clearance: An active DoD TS/SCI.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in financial analysis, data analytics, or program control.
• Analytical Expertise: Proven track record of transforming ambiguous or unstructured data into actionable insights.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling functions) and the ability to develop and validate financial or data models.
• Critical Thinker: Exceptional ability to spot trends and data inconsistencies quickly.
• Communicator: Clear and effective communication of data insights to diverse audiences.
• Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desired Skills (A Plus!):

• DoD Experience: Experience supporting large-scale Department of Defense programs ($50M+).
• Financial Systems: Working knowledge of financial systems like Deltek Costpoint and Cognos.
• Power Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,700 - 173,900 USD
