Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Security Clearance: An active DoD TS/SCI.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in financial analysis, data analytics, or program control.
- Analytical Expertise: Proven track record of transforming ambiguous or unstructured data into actionable insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling functions) and the ability to develop and validate financial or data models.
- Critical Thinker: Exceptional ability to spot trends and data inconsistencies quickly.
- Communicator: Clear and effective communication of data insights to diverse audiences.
- Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Desired Skills (A Plus!):
- DoD Experience: Experience supporting large-scale Department of Defense programs ($50M+).
- Financial Systems: Working knowledge of financial systems like Deltek Costpoint and Cognos.
- Power Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps.
