We are seeking a Personnel Security Administrator (PSA) to join a fast-paced security team supporting our Northern VA offices. This role is well-suited for a self-motivated professional who brings strong attention to detail and thrives in an environment where accuracy, discretion, and accountability matter. This position plays a critical operational role, working closely with other team members and leadership partners to ensure personnel security processes are executed efficiently and in full compliance.

đŻ What Youâll Do
Support the full lifecycle of personnel security processing for visitors, employees and tenants including vetting, request for access submittals, database administration, and badging
Assist with the development, maintenance, and implementation of personnel security SOPs, checklists, and process improvements
Initiate, track, and maintain security training and annual training requirements
Operate within secure systems e.g., DISS, Scattered Castles or equivalent
Maintain accurate records related to clearance, eligibility and access
Collaborate with team members to meet timelines in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
đ§ What Youâll Bring
2-3 years of prior experience working in personnel security or a related role of relevant security experience
In depth knowledge of policies and procedures e.g., NISPOM, DCID's, ICD's and other applicable government security directives associated with SCI programs in personnel security
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
Professional communication skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
đ Security Requirements
U.S. Citizenship required to meet federal government regulations
Active TS/SCI clearance REQUIRED and or possess or be amendable to sitting for a Counterintelligence (CI) or Full-scope polygraph submission
Ability to maintain clearance is a condition of employment
