ServiceNow Technical Architect

Role Description:
Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security.

Collaborates with Functional team to determine how best to implement solution (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc)
Escalation Point for technical issues. Solution components that are outside of the ServiceNow platform.

- 5+ years of design and implementation experience in IT
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Technical Architect role
- 2+ years of experience working in ServiceNow

Technical Skills:

ServiceNow - 10+ years

Agile Methodology - 10+ years

ServiceNow IT Service Management - 10+ years

ServiceNow Platform Architecture - 10+ years

ServiceNow Advanced Workflows - 10+ years

Requirements:

TS/SCI Clearance
On-site (Government / AFS Site): Suitland, MD (must be local to DC Metro Area)
On-site %: 40% (must be willing to go onsite)

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI required
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $125,000 - 200,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
