Insight Global is seeking a qualified TSSCI Cyber Capabilities Trainer in support of one of are large federal clients in Hampton, Virginia. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:
• Execute tasks that directly contribute to the branch’s mission objectives.
• Perform duties related to the development, review, preparation, coordination, and occasional delivery of training focused on Information Warfare (IW) capabilities and planning.
• Coordinate with ACC TRSS and subordinate FTUs to facilitate the review, validation, and approval of training programs in accordance with ACC policies and guidance. Track and report the status of all programs undergoing approval or updates to branch leadership.
• Draft narrative inputs and related materials (e.g., trifolds) as required to support branch objectives.
• Conduct resource analyses—including financial, personnel, and infrastructure—to identify gaps, evaluate options, and recommend solutions.
• Work with the resource branch to validate and submit POM inputs within established timelines. After submission, provide weekly status updates to branch leadership.
• Assist in developing branch contributions to the division’s annual spend plan, including identifying and defining specific funding amounts.
• Facilitate or attend working groups as required. Distribute meeting minutes or notes within three business days and track resulting action items, providing updates at least monthly.
Required Skills & Experience
• Prior experience as a Staff Officer at an E6 level or higher within the Airforce
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and delivering formal training instruction within an AETC or ACC (or service equivalent) Formal Training Unit
• Must come from a Formal Training Unit
• Strong experience understanding and developing instructional design material with the IW Space:
o Cyberspace operations
o Electronic Warfare
o Information Operations
o ISR support to IW
o IW weapon systems
o IW organizational construct
