Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
We are actively seeking Network Engineers with a minimum of 11 years' experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degrees are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following…
- Experience and expertise working with commercial cloud service providers (eg. Google Cloud, Azure, AWS) building out VPCs with Linux VMs, configuring them as network appliances (eg. Linux as a router) and locking them down to meet cyber security standards.
- Experience configuring and hardening Linux OS in both cloud and physical environments.
- Experience configuring and hardening network gear to include firewalls, switches, routers, IPS, etc.
- Experience and expertise working with commercial VPNs
- Experience working with commercial messaging applications (CMA) and Android tablet devices.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues after hours and on weekends, ie. Call in support.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience and expertise deploying CNGA internet network infrastructure with an thorough understanding of the customers mission
- Working knowledge and expertise using the customer's core appliances and services to include their networks.
- Working knowledge and experience with the customer's core networks
- Special Requirements- ability to obtain, to be discussed during interview
