Job Summary:

The Project Nexus Integration Analyst supports the implementation of COMACC's vision to integrate the Air Operations Center (AOC), AF Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS), and Air Force Targeting Enterprises into a common digital environment with integrated workflows to accelerate kill-chain activities. This position provides enterprise-level analysis, planning, and execution support to ACC/A2 leadership through integrated planning teams, mission analysis, capability assessments, and development of actionable plans aligned to IOC and FOC criteria.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in the facilitation and management of the Project Nexus Integrated Planning Team (IPT) and associated working groups to track tasking, production, assessments, and timelines in support of senior leader guidance.
• Conduct operational and enterprise-level analysis to advance integration of AOC, AF DCGS, and Targeting enterprise capabilities.
• Support and perform Capabilities-Based Assessments (CBA) and DOTMLPF-P analysis to identify gaps, risks, and solution pathways.
• Develop and maintain Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) aligned to established IOC and/or FOC criteria for new operational constructs.
• Identify current processes, data flows, disparate program efforts, and pain points hindering Project Nexus implementation, including integration of DoD, Service, and MAJCOM transformation initiatives.
• Provide subject matter expertise in support of ACC mission thread experiments and exercise development or modification related to Project Nexus.
• Summarize working group analysis and assessments into written products, oral briefings, and other formats suitable for Directorate- and Command-level audiences.
• Assist in establishing standards and quality control for all briefings and analytical products.
• Apply advanced analytic techniques to clearly portray findings, inform ACC leadership decisions, and present viable pathways for AOC, DCGS, and Targeting enterprise convergence.
• Perform other related duties as required in support of ACC/A2 mission objectives.

Position Requirements

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• 10-15 years of relevant professional experience supporting Air Force, Joint, or DoD intelligence, operations, planning, or enterprise integration missions
• Bachelor's Degree
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise-level integration efforts involving AOC, AF DCGS, and/or Targeting enterprise operations.
• Expert knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of exercises with a broad knowledge of military command structure, missions, programs, and organizational relationships.
• Great analytical skills and able to operate in a demanding environment while executing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills with experience producing senior-leader decision products.
• Active TS/SCI government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting ACC/A2, MAJCOM staffs, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Background in mission-thread experimentation, exercises, or operational assessments.
• Familiarity with digital modernization, data-flow mapping, or workflow integration efforts.
