Top Skillsets:

• Coordinate meetings
• Develop and maintain program documents and standard operating procedures, program plans and briefings, execution reports, Technical Data Packages (TDPs), weekly and monthly status reports, other technical documents and reports, and a wide range of other Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) items
Responsibilities
• Maintain configuration management database.
• Maintain configuration status and provide reporting of status.
• Inventory management of government program hardware and software configuration items.
• Preparation of configuration items for test events.
• Support configuration control boards and processing of configuration changes.
• Develop and maintain program documents and standard operating procedures, program plans and briefings, execution reports, Technical Data Packages (TDPs), weekly and monthly status reports, other technical documents and reports, and a wide range of other Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) items, working closely with multiple authors and program sponsors.
• Coordinate classified and unclassified formal meetings and reviews, including coordination with senior program staff, sponsors, and partner organizations interfacing with the program office research, acquisition, and test and evaluation.
Qualifications
• Minimum of a HS Diploma
• Experience which includes specialized experience following and developing detailed procedures managing hardware, software, and system safety or equivalent CM experience.
• Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based workflow tools and repositories.
• Experience in DoD programs a plus
