We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support mission-critical Federal Government programs. In this role, you'll design, build, and enhance custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with ServiceNow best practices
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and enterprise tools
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Stay up to date on ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS)
Experience with ServiceNow APIs, web services, and system integrations
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Jira)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related technical field
ServiceNow Certified Integration Specialist
Experience supporting Federal Government customers
Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as GRC, HR Service Delivery, or CSM
