Truestone is seeking experienced Electronics Maintenance Technician IIs to support shipboard electronics maintenance, troubleshooting, system sustainment, and corrective actions in support of Shipboard Electronics Support Services (SESS) under the CTII contract.
This role performs hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of shipboard C4ISR and communications systems with minimal supervision and serves as a technical anchor supporting junior technicians during Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH).

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and demand maintenance on shipboard electronics and communications systems.
- Troubleshoot power, signal, grounding, and connectivity issues using approved test equipment.
- Execute equipment removal, replacement, repair, and reinstallation activities.
- Perform and inspect multipin connector terminations and cable maintenance IAW NAVSEA standards.
- Support system testing, fault isolation, verification, and restoration to operational status.
- Review and execute work from technical drawings, wiring diagrams, SCDs, LARs, and CTWDs.
- Ensure work complies with shipyard safety, quality, and configuration control requirements.
- Support documentation and generation of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Electronics Maintenance Technician I personnel.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of electronics maintenance experience in shipboard, DoD, or industrial environments.
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting shipboard or complex electronics systems.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Strong working knowledge of connectors, cabling, and electronic test equipment (DMMs, continuity testers, basic signal test tools).
- Experience working to NAVSEA standards and shipyard processes.
- Ability to obtain CAC / Public Trust and shipyard access.
- Prior CVN or large-deck ship experience (CVN, LHD, LHA, DDG).
- NAVSEA cableway installation or maintenance experience.
- Multipin connector certification.
- Fiber optic maintenance or installation experience (bonus).
- Previous NIWC, CTII, PEO C4I, or similar Navy C4ISR program experience.
