Required Qualifications
Minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience in Department of Defense policy, product support, and logistics, supporting enterprise-level, mission-critical programs at the senior leadership level.
Demonstrated experience providing direct executive-level support within the Pentagon environment, including engagement with SES leadership, General/Flag Officers, and senior civilian decision-makers. Experience across DoD and other federal agencies is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead and provide authoritative technical guidance and strategic direction across multiple, high-complexity initiatives, often operating in fast-paced, high-visibility, and time-sensitive environments.
Extensive experience working directly with senior government customers, managing expectations, resolving complex issues, and delivering outcomes aligned with senior-leader priorities and Departmental objectives.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and customer service capabilities, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, creativity, adaptability, discretion, and confidence when supporting senior executives and interagency partners.
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts, rapidly reprioritize based on leadership direction, and maintain mission focus amid shifting requirements.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
