Position Overview
The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Joint Training Program Manager with an active Top Secret / SCI clearance to support U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) J7. The USSTRATCOM J7 directorate is responsible for enhancing command readiness and mission performance through joint exercises, wargames, training programs, and assessments. J7 also leads command-wide Lessons Learned and After Action programs, IT test and evaluation, modeling and simulation capabilities, and workforce professional development initiatives.
This role provides critical support to mission area training programs and joint training information systems, ensuring accurate, secure, and effective management of training data and events.

This role provides critical support to mission area training programs and joint training information systems, ensuring accurate, secure, and effective management of training data and events.
Key Responsibilities
The Joint Training Program Manager will:
- Support mission area training activities and administer joint training databases.
- Serve as the Command's subject matter expert for training database systems, maintaining currency with vendor products and acting as the organizational interface for database issue resolution and system management.
- Manage and maintain training database content, including but not limited to:
- Courses and course offerings
- Registrations and enrollments
- Learner and instructor records
- Transcripts and certifications
- Competencies and learning resources
- Development plans and continuing education records
- Catalogs, curricula, subjects, and online content
- Management workflows, approvals, and other administrative functions
- Maintain, secure, archive, and reproduce historical student and instructor training records and data in accordance with applicable policies and security requirements.
- Plan, prepare, update, and execute Command-integrated mission and joint operations training events, including:
- Onboarding Mission Training sessions
- Nuclear Commanders' Course
- Striker/Trident Orientation
- Joint force orientation visits to USSTRATCOM
Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in program management and instructional design, including lesson plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment using established pedagogical methodologies.
- Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance is required.
