We are looking to hire a Program Manager to join our team in Herndon, VA. This position reports to the COO.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing program & work force; plan, organize, direct & control all Team PGI contract activities, including timely submittal of reporting requirements.
• Managing costs, minimizing escalation & capitalizing on efficiencies & cost reduction opportunities.
• Enforcing efficient, timely & quality delivery of the PMP and other contract deliverables, ensures accurate invoices.
• Meeting with all personnel at pre-deployment briefs and on their return from deployments to get feedback on possible program improvements, etc.
• Assisting the Travel Team, as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• The Program Manager shall have at least ten (10) years of program management experience, overseeing 60 or more personnel working in high-threat OCONUS locations.
• Bachelor's degree or PMP Certification. A master's degree in business administration or project management is preferred.
• Top Secret clearance with full-scope polygraph is required.
• Experience managing travel, communications & operations.

Required Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires lifting, standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday.
