Sr. FPGA / EW Engineer

Job Description:
Serve as an FPGA expert in a team developing RF methods
Design and implement digital circuits
Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues and provide timely solutions
Develop tools, and techniques to optimize communication protocols
Evaluate and recommend new technologies
Work with other engineers to integrate hardware and software components
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve overall design quality
Develop and present requirements, concepts, designs, and results to management
Lead the research and analysis of data
Contribute to the technical approach on small proposals
Lead technical tasks for small teams or projects
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
5+ years of experience in FPGA fabric design and implementation
Proficiency in digital circuit design and construction
Experience with networking security protocols and VPN technologies
Hands-on experience with EW or tactical C4ISR systems
Ability to deconstruct and reverse engineer communication protocols
Proficiency in evaluating RF performance and frequency propagation
Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles, including HDL programming
Proficiency with design tools such as Quartus, Vivado, and ModelSim
Experience with high-speed communication protocols (Ex. PCLe, Ethernet, USB)
Familiarity with hardware debugging tools (Ex. logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, JTAG)
Experience in Python, MATLAB, or C/C++
