Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and development of user experience workflows, interface conventions, and visual design elements.
- Support requirement‑gathering sessions, analyze user needs, and translate findings into experience design artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, mock‑ups, visualizations).
- Participate in trade‑off discussions with engineering teams to balance usability, technical constraints, and system performance.
- Apply UX best practices to design intuitive interactions for tools, devices, and system interfaces.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending new interaction patterns, design techniques, or visualization approaches.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development and integration.
Qualifications
Required Education & Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human‑Centered Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI or User Experience Design.
Additional Skills Required:
- 5+ years leading or contributing to full project lifecycle design within the last 10 years.
- Experience designing for enterprise or mission‑critical systems.
- Familiarity with modern UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, etc.)
- Ability to communicate design intent clearly with engineering and product teams.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe development environments.
