RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Fully Qualified Navy Validator III, you will:

• Develop and assess Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle documentation for various Navy systems, ensuring compliance with all security and accreditation standards and validating them effectively.
• Assess and verify the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of systems, networks, and information in alignment with DoD/Navy guidelines.
• Perform thorough risk and vulnerability assessments to ascertain adherence to security and accreditation standards.
• Guarantee that all accreditation procedures are followed correctly and document any non-compliance issues with adequate supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and program teams to address issues and uphold a secure system environment.
• Prepare and evaluate cybersecurity documentation, which includes assessment reports, risk analyses, and formal recommendations.
• Assist with security reviews and inspections as requested by government stakeholders.
• Offer subject matter expertise regarding Navy cybersecurity validation and Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) processes.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years' practical experience in a cybersecurity or Authorization & Accreditation (A&A)-related field.
• Experience should include implementing and/or reviewing RMF lifecycle documentation; ensuring/validating the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and information; and conducting risk and vulnerability reviews and assessments to ensure accreditation procedures were followed, and documenting non-compliance.
• An ACTIVE minimum Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position. (We are not able to sponsor clearances at this time.)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering & mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Need to possess an active IAM-II cert or higher (i.e., CAP, CASP, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC , etc.).
