Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day activities for a moderately complex Technical or non-technical aviation projects/programs.
- Manages the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer.
- Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
- Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
- May conduct performance/project analyses to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
- Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
- Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 year's relative experience is required.
- Must be proficient w/Microsoft office skills.
- Project/scheduling and organization skills a must.
- USAF operations experience preferred.
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
