What You Will Do:
Training & Mission Support
- Track and monitor MQT/IQT training requirements and courseware updates
- Assist with preparing recommended changes to training materials
- Support aircrew verification and certification processes
- Help ensure training documentation and requirements remain current and accurate
Operational Coordination
- Provide mission employment support for HAISR operations, exercises, and tests
- Assist with coordinating requirements across MPC, 9 RW units, and external organizations
- Help ensure timely flow of mission-relevant information to HAISR personnel
- Support planning activities related to training, exercises, and contingency operations
Mission Systems & ISR Integration
- Apply working knowledge of IMINT, SIGINT, and MOVINT sensor employment
- Support data link operations and basic ISR architecture understanding
- Assist with integrating HAISR capabilities into mission planning and execution
- Contribute to the accuracy and usability of ISR products and mission materials
Team & Program Support
- Support the Technical Director, Wing Operations Director, and MPC leadership as needed
- Participate in meetings and working sessions related to HAISR mission execution
- Assist with initiatives that improve HAISR processes, training, and coordination
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience with DoD High-Altitude ISR (HAISR) programs, including aircraft, sensors, data links, tasking, and national intelligence collection systems
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations (SRO)
- At least one specialist must have:
- 3+ years of operational IMINT sensor employment experience
- At least one specialist must have:
- 3+ years of operational SIGINT sensor employment experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain a US Passport
