The Opportunity:
As a Senior Intelligence Planner, you will support US Army Europe-Africa (USAREUR-AF) G2 and the Security Assistance Group-Ukraine (SAG-U) intelligence mission partners as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with the Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. You will be embedded at Wiesbaden, Germany and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
This position is contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. You must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and coordinate intelligence plans and products to support current operations and future plans in accordance with SAG-U's objectives, aligning efforts across U.S., Coalition, and Ukrainian forces, and prepare detailed intelligence products for real-world contingencies.
- Conduct operational assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of intelligence support, develop metrics to measure impact, and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Synchronize intelligence efforts across multiple echelons, address intelligence gaps, and contribute to the development of collection plans.
- Provide intelligence analysis, deliver tailored products such as summaries and briefings, and support both strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Participate in planning conferences, working groups, and training exercises, contributing to the design of intelligence scenarios and assessments.
- Provide deliverables including intelligence plans, operational assessments, collection plans, training scenarios, and senior leader briefings, all aligned with SAG-U's mission priorities and operational tempo.
- Manage a team of up to ten (10) contract team members
- Provide products or assessments as required to support the SAG-U mission.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience; OR
- Fifteen (15) years of specialized experience.
- Minimum Security Clearance - TS/SCI, eligible for Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
- Experience managing teams providing contract services and deliverables.
- Deep understanding of intelligence planning and assessments.
- Experience in developing and coordinating intelligence plans and products.
- Strong analytical and assessment skills.
- Excellent coordination and advisory skills.
- Proficiency in designing intelligence scenarios and assessments.
Desired:
- Language: Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian language is desired but not required.
Candidate will qualify for:
