Must Haves:

• ACTIVETop Secret Clearance with recent SCI program experience, OR ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Experience developing and reporting Quality KPI metrics

Proven success in deploying and managing quality frameworks

Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, configuration management, and audit preparation.
Nice to Haves:

• Six Sigma/Lean Certification

• Working knowledge of hardware quality engineering, electronic manufacturing, or embedded systems.
• Java, C++, YAML, JavaScript, C#, and Docker Compose/Container
• Quality Trend Analysis and previous RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) experience
• Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite) knowledge and experience

This role combines strategic ownership with day-to-day leadership, giving you the mandate, and the resources, to elevate quality across the enterprise. This is NOT a test or development role, but instead a Quality Assurance role to evaluate and ensure process compliance on programs that are developing software and firmware.

Essential Functions

• Modernize and maintain a?best-in-class software quality system that meets all customer and regulatory requirements.
• Interfacing with software engineering to define the software quality strategy for two business areas, including building out a roadmap for the next generation of software quality support.
• Champion continuous improvement to protect product integrity, meet cost and delivery targets, and ensure mission success.
• Act as the single point of contact for all site level quality matters, driving alignment across programs and with external customers.
