RiverTech LLC has an opening for a dynamic Deputy Program Manager to support the Enterprise Logistics Services of a principal DoD agency in Alexandria VA. As the Deputy Program Manager, you'll directly support the program requirements at the Joint Service Provider by achieving program objectives as you interface with customers and supervise a diverse team of technical professionals. Responsibilities include supporting the program manager's daily operations relative to contract, finance, security, staffing, supply chain (hardware asset management), life-cycle management and procurement.
The ideal candidate will have excellent team management skills, business process improvement skills, dynamic customer engagement and relationship management abilities. Additionally, possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, be a strong team player, and can establish solid working relationships horizontally and vertically with staff members, peers, and our external Government customers.
The portfolio includes but is not limited to hardware management, program sustainment, end of life disposition, MHE preventative maintenance support; development, integration, and maintenance support services; enterprise property accountability and asset management for the DoD agency headquarters. warehouse development, workflow application development; training; infrastructure safety and operations; and property management desk services.

Responsibilities
- Execute all facets of program management for contract (i.e., cost, schedule, reporting, engagement etc.).
- Manage utilization of Enterprise Logistic Management System (ELMS) for property administration, financial improvement and audit readiness goals in support of the Joint Service Provider (JSP) and its Mission Support Partners (MSPs).
- Provide domain-specific expertise and overall leadership, perspective and advice to projects, programs, and activities within DISA HQs and other logistics and supply chain related matters.
- Supervise property administrators supporting the DoD agency.
- Provide logistics, supply chain and business analytics support to the supported customer and for the program.
- Support and lead marketing and business development initiatives to grow program.
- Develop, mentor, sponsor and provide supervisory oversight of personnel.
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into project's activities.
- Oversee and assist with analyzing business and technical requirements.
- Liaise with JSP, MSP and DISA HQs asset management stakeholders with active participation in integrated planning teams meetings to ensure as liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure financial audit readiness, property accountability and policy needs are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in, business, science, or technology or related field.
- Lean and Six Sigma - Greenbelt / Blackbelt, or equivalent.
- U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Recent experience within last 3-7 years leading, supporting, and providing integrated logistics management support and have managed three or more direct reports.
- Experience with Enterprise Logistic Management System (ELMS).
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Adaptability to new challenges with a strong motivation to grow and learn in new areas.
- Relevant experience producing, leading, integrating and or assisting:
- Asset Management via the approved Accountable Property System of Record (APSR).
- Inventory Management: Review, inventory, redistribution of spares, repair parts, material distribution system management, stock level management.
- Supply Chain defect management in accordance with DLA Supply Discrepancy Reporting (SDR).
- Customer Support across enterprise related to inventory, replenishment, stock levels, distribution.
- DEMIL and Disposal Plans in accordance with DLA Disposition Service standards for equipment review for reuse, turn-in, transfer, salvage.
- Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans.
- Hardware warranties support.
- Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) account management.
