Insight Global is actively hiring multiple TS/SCI Cleared Senior Desktop Support Administrator to join our team supporting a newly awarded Program in Linthicum Height, MD.
In this role, you will provide advanced desktop support for Windows environments, focusing on troubleshooting complex integration issues involving networks, servers, and peripherals. You will manage Active Directory tasks, imaging processes, and ticket resolution through Remedy, while delivering exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include supporting Microsoft Office Suite applications, remote desktop sessions, and mobile devices, as well as ensuring compliance with security and certification requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless operations and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this team and exact pay will vary based on candidates level of experience, expertise, and clearance level. However, we expect to pay 70K - 100K for these openings.
