Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in TDNA, SIGINT development, cyber intelligence analysis, or closely related mission areas (with increasing levels of responsibility).
- Demonstrated ability to enumerate and characterize target networks and technologies (e.g., DNS, BGP, VPNs, CDNs, cloud services, mobile core, satellite links).
- Senior to expert level knowledge in network analysis and metadata exploitation (e.g., Wireshark/TShark, Zeek, Suricata logs, NetFlow/IPFIX).
- Experience with selector development and tasking, enrichment pipelines, and analytic lineage/confidence methodologies.
- Strong data-fusion skills across multi-INT sources and an ability to create defensible, decision-quality assessments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to author serialized reporting and deliver executive-level briefs.
The Senior Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) leads advanced discovery, development, and exploitation of target digital networks to produce operationally relevant intelligence to further multiple Cyber operations missions.
As a Senior Resource, you will lead end-to-end target digital network development; enumerate target infrastructure, protocols, personas, TTPs, and communications patterns across IP, RF, mobile, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
Conduct analysis of Target Systems and mission architecture decomposition to identify technical seams, taskable selectors, and access vectors; and perform advanced network traffic analysis (PCAP, NetFlow/IPFIX, TLS/QUIC metadata)
