Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software using C++.
Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and design solutions.
Mentor and lead junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering team growth.
Ensure all software meets DoD security and compliance standards.
Support system integration, testing, and deployment in secure environments.
Required Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret (S) clearance.
Strong experience with C++ development.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and software automation tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
