TGG is seeking a Joint Training Program Manager with an active TS/SCI to support an upcoming contract in Bellevue, Nebraska. The mission of USSTRATCOM/J7 is to enhance command readiness and mission performance through joint exercises, wargames, training and assessments. USSTRATCOM/J7 also leads the Lessons Learned/After Action programs, IT Test/Evaluation, Modeling/Simulations capabilities, and enables Command workforce professional development.
Joint Training Program Manager shall possess at least 6 years' experience with program management and lesson plan development, analysis, improvement and assessment using advanced pedagogical methods.
• Support individual training through administration of the USSTRATCOM Training Program to include:
• Provide support with maintenance of a standardized training plan and training program
format.
• Provide support with the identification of an individual and collective task crosswalk;
development of executable training plans and programs within Directorates and Components; and administer the aforementioned items in JKO LMS. the government with reviews of Directorate and Component training plans,programs, and records.
• Support the government with the planning, preparation, and execution of SLT within
USSTRATCOM Headquarters and its components.
• Support the government with the planning, preparation, and execution of Military Aide
and Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC) watch stander training
Support the government with the validation and tracking of the Commander's Battle
Staff (CBS) Training program, to include verification of assigned CBS members and their currency.
• Provide support with the use of Instructional System Design (ISD) methodology
(analyze, design, develop, coordinate, administer, manage, teach, and evaluate) to design, develop, deliver, and maintain/keep current USSTRATCOM mission-related joint training products and courses using JKO LMS, as appropriate. This task shall also concentrate on the end-to-end training plan development and execution.
