CACI is seeking an experienced facilities management professional to provide support and training for requirements, processes, and procedures for operation and maintenance of the Navy guns facilities at Picatinny Arsenal. In this position you will aid government personnel, on a part-time on-call basis, to help them ensure facilities, systems, and equipment remain safe, secure, and operational, and that the government remains in compliance with all requirements, policies, and procedures

Responsibilities:
- Will provide facilities management support and training to government personnel onsite at Picatinny Arsenal on an as needed basis.
- Will communicate government policies and procedures for maintaining facilities and operating and maintaining equipment
- Will train and support personnel regarding facilities service and repair requests.
- Will aid government personnel as needed to help ensure: all facilities and equipment are properly maintained, safety requirements are understood and enforced, environmental practices and policies are in place and are being followed, security policies and procedures are implemented and enforced, and support equipment is calibrated and certified as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years' facilities management experience.
- Working knowledge of DOD facilities and equipment operation and maintenance.
- Understanding of DOD safety requirements.
- Knowledge of government environmental protection policies and requirements.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and certification requirements for forklifts and cranes.
