The Opportunity:
This Sr. eDiscovery Information Technology Manager role is for someone that is enthusiastic and proactive to lead teams and individuals to expand and optimize development functions. They will drive measurable outcomes while holding teams accountable to timelines.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and innovation.
• Translate executive-level goals into actionable development plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion, optimization, or improvement across development functions.
• Provide thought leadership and subject-matter expertise to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and individual contributors.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and support professional growth.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and accountability-driven team culture.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, operations, and technical teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership.
• Align development efforts with organizational priorities and resource availability.
• Develop and manage budgets for development initiatives and teams.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasts, and return on investment. Support contract negotiations and vendor management as needed.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources, tools, and vendor partnerships.
• Establish and refine development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Leverage data, metrics, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines.
- Master's degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 10-12 years of related progressively responsible Information Technology experience, including 1 to 2 years of supervisory and/or management experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale initiatives and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and complex timelines.
Desired:
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- ITIL Certification.
- Multiple ServiceNow Certifications including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid development methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational complexity.
