In this role, you will have responsibility for the performance of the supply chain team for assigned programs under the Advanced Technology umbrella.

This position is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Relocation assistance is not provided.

What You Will Do:

- Manages execution of processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement strategy, including RFPs, Rs & Os, EAC, IMS, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution.

- Reviews and assesses request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.

- Implement key performance indicators internally and with our supply base to ensure timely delivery to customers and ensure adherence to the plan. Work closely with Operations, Planning and Finance functions to optimize planning and supply chain cycle to meet development requirements.

- Support and engage with various Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to resolve supply chain issues and serve as supply chain SME for other functional areas.

- Lead projects to enhance Supply Chain performance and continuous improvement.

- Support supply chain lead for internal and external audits regarding material and cost validations.

- Sets objectives and guides on execution/approach for achievement of developmental results.

- Develop, Grow, and Support the AT Supply Base for increased demand, quick turn applications, and niche technologies

- Expand Concentric Sourcing models to improve development flow with Suppliers, Engineering & Program Leadership support.

- Explains policies, practices, and procedures and may influence others. Problems faced are difficult and require consideration of multiple variables and courage to make risk based decisions.

- Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Any other reasonable duties as required.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

- Experience with supply chain, vendor management, Risk Assessment/Mitigation & performance management

- Prior ERP work experience, SAP highly preferred

- Proposal experience

- Experience with FAR

- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

- Experience as a Materials Program Manager

- Previous history managing employees

- Experience working in a matrix organization and multi-site leadership

- Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering Related Subject preferred

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills (English)

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines

- Project management experience is a strong plus

- Existing Secret clearance with T/S Security eligibility

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
