Global Patriot Operations and Supply Chain is seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM), International Subcontracts and exceptional leadership and executive communication skills to lead critical Material Program Manager (MPM) scope for the Patriot Sustainment and Repair and Return (R&R).
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for delivering the complete strategic and tactical supply chain needs of the Patriot Sustainment and R&R. This role will have daily involvement with the Integrated Product Line (IPT) team, key suppliers, core supply chain organizations, customers, and functional managers. You will be a key member of the Operations & Supply Chain Product Line and will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Integrated Product Team (IPT). You will be entering a dynamic sustainment and production environment with the opportunity to create and execute Material Product Plans and Strategies to ensure successful execution. This role will include opportunities to lead the tactical execution of a sub-product line, manage the supply chain financial performance of programs and develop long-term execution strategies for sustainment and R&R.
This position is an on-site role.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What you will do:
- Supply chain manager responsible for executing and managing strategic plans for material needed to support sustainment and R&R.
- Oversight of subcontractor execution performance
- Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
- Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Ability to effect change and provide creative solutions to ensure successful program performance (cost, schedule, quality)
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
- Support all gate review and activity, EAC review, program review, and risk and opportunity management reviews
- Develop and execute material program plans, subcontract management plans (as applicable)
- Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program responsibilities & proactively manage mitigation plans
- Financial Management (Predictability, Developing and Executing Supply Chain Budget, EV, Sales)
- Must obtain MPM certification level 4 within 1 year of hire.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as required
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience working with Risk and Opportunity Management or sales
