The Opportunity:

Join CACI as a Senior Unified Communications Voice Engineer! The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, activities associated with customer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WAN) and unified communication (UC) services.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical delivery of projects, including design, configuration, and testing of technical solutions for enterprise Unified Communication (UC) Voice communications.
  • Prepare detailed product designs and documentation.
  • Ensure all project requirements are met, facilitate communication between stakeholders, engineering team, and vendors, and support the handover to operations and continuous improvement.
  • Support financial estimates for implementation and sustainment.
  • Support Delivery an implementation schedule with milestones for integration into the enterprise and transfer to Operations for government approval.
  • Ensure designs comply with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and International Partner Interoperability/compatibility standards, current/future system plans, and security requirements (APLs & ATOs)
  • Help define security standard methodologies and develop innovative voice solutions.
  • Define security standard methodologies and develop innovative voice and video solutions. UC systems include but are not limited to Desktop Video Conferencing (DVTC), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Multiway/Meet-Me, Streaming Services, Chat Services, and Microsoft Teams Services.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Experienced in leading-edge unified communication products.
  • Expertise with the design, development, delivery, and management of Unified Communication (UC) System platforms that improve the performance and scalability of existing systems.
  • Extensive knowledge should include VCWizard, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Cisco CODEX, Cisco Wedex, Cisco Meeting Servers (CMS), Cisco Expressways, VBrick, Cisco Unified Call Manager (UCM), Cisco Unified Border Controllers, and Cisco Expressways.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications protocols, communications, and standards, including H.323, MGCP, SIP, and E.164.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience (a bachelor's degree in an applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
  • DOD 8570 IAT2 Compliant (Sec+ CE accepted).
  • CUCM Manager Course.
  • TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
