Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Project Manager to work in Huntsville, AL. The candidate must have an active secret security clearance with an eligibility to obtain TS/SCI.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee Task Order execution and delivery of a $20M annual Department of the Army contract. The role involves managing multiple subcontracts and guiding operational execution for Cyber Red Teams comprising 40 highly specialized Red Team operators. This senior-level demands demonstrated excellence in project management, stakeholder communication, and performance-based contract execution in a high-stakes cyber environment.

• Lead the day-to-day execution and strategic oversight of cyber Red Team operations supporting missions executed across the DoD.
• Ensure successful delivery of contract requirements, timelines, and milestones in accordance with DoD.
• Manage a $20M annual budget with full P&L responsibility, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
• Oversee multiple subcontract, ensuring compliance with SOWs, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders, including Army representatives, to align technical objectives with mission requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams of cyber professionals, engineers, and analysts.
• Track and report on program KPIs and deliverables, preparing high-level briefings and reports for executive and government leadership.
• Coordinate with HR and recruiting to support staffing and retention for Cyber Red Team operators and support staff.
• Maintain readiness and ensure continuous accreditation compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of relevant project/program management experience, preferably supporting Department of Defense or Federal customers.
• Must have an active secret clearance with an eligibility to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and large distributed teams.
• Strong financial acumen with prior experience overseeing $15M+ contracts or programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior leadership and government stakeholders.
• Must be able to travel up to 25%

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

Travel Requirements

Less than 25%
