Arctic Slope Technical Services, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Full Time Cleared American Guard (CAG) to support our construction security and monitoring program in Oahu, Hawaii. *There is no relocation assistance available. Non-local applicants will be responsible for their own relocation expenses*
Duties:
• Perform technical inspections of all individuals and/or vehicles seeking access to the site to ensure that no prohibited items are introduced into or onto the site and to ensure that no unauthorized individuals enter the site.
• Support the management, coordination, and delegation of multiple activities.
• Conduct random inspections of site areas to ensure no prohibited items have been brought on to the site and report all suspicious materials or incidents.
• Monitor the Close Circuit Television (CCTV) and intrusion detection system.
• Perform analysis of security violations to determine false alarms, penetration attempts, and technical equipment failures.
• Conduct routine site assessments to identify security and safety concerns before an incident occurs.
Required Skills:
• Able to interact and communicate professionally (be able to articulate concerns, frame potential solutions, etc.).
• Be able to face and resolve conflict, manage a range of personalities, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a detail-oriented environment.
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend, walk, kneel, and other related physical activities for long periods of time. Required Education/Experience
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Trained in accordance with the Department of State Office (DoS), Office of Overseas Building (OBO) SE620 training; or have successfully completed a Department of Defense (DoD) ICD/ICS 705 training course and obtained a certificate of successful completion within the past 5 years or served as a CAG a period of no less than 12 months.
Additional Preferred Experience
• Experience in technical surveillance techniques and procedures.
• Knowledge of foreign intelligence and counterintelligence devices and techniques.
• Knowledge of industrial and government security requirements.
• Construction related experience
• Construction security experience
• Previous CAG experience (2-3 projects)
Clearance Requirements
• Active Secret Clearance Additional Preferred Clearance
• Top Secret Clearance
