Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 16 years' experience, and a range of skill levels from basic to advanced. Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:
- Performing technical evaluations of client computing software, hardware, and management solutions operating systems installation, configuration, and maintenance on Windows servers and desktops.
- Develop automated and documented processes and procedures to simplify operational activities
- Script and orchestrate using PowerShell, VB Scripts, and Ansible
- Provide technical support to applications and utility developers regarding integration into the operating environment
- Must possess Window Server Update Services (WSUS) knowledge and hands on expertise across various enclaved environments
- Collaborate with management, engineering, and internal customers
- Advanced skills in:
- Operating system installation, configuration, and maintenance (Windows servers and desktops)
- Scripting and orchestration (PowerShell, VB Scripts, Ansible)
- Software/patch deployment configurations and patching compliance
- Troubleshooting software application and network component issues
- Analyzing and troubleshooting software application and network component issues
Desired Qualifications
- Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) experience
- Programming languages: Perl, Python
- Familiarity with commercial application software: Apache, Tomcat
- SCCM experience
- Configuration management tools
- Automated system installation technologies
- Automated backup systems
- Virtual machine (VM) technologies: ESXi, VCenter, VSphere
- NetApp Management
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- CISSP certification
- Azure Fundamentals
