Position: Tier II Systems Maintainer
Location: Fully onsite, Aurora, CO.
Pay rate: $52-$60/hr
Duration: 9-12 month contract to hire, you will convert perm
Shift: DAY SHIFT
Must haves:
• Active TS/SCI with a CI polygraph required
• 10+ years of prior relevant experience
• Linux Command Line experience
• Current DoD 8570 Certification applicable (SEC+)
• Knowledge of Tier 2 system maintenance AND troubleshooting
Day to day:
Insight Global is partnering with a large federal company in the Aurora, CO area to find a System Maintainer to join their team and support the 24x7-mission applications. This individual will be responsible for the overall implementation of system maintenance which includes updating, enhancing, and creating while also maintaining accurate, concise and complete maintenance and operation documents. They will be responsible for the ticket escalation process to resolve system problems and prevent them in the future. They will be working closely with a team of system maintainers in order to ensure the continuous operations. This individual must be willing to support the 24x7 team.
