Web Developer (Software/Systems Software)

REQUIRED: ACTIVE TS/SCI with FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH
LOCATION: Full-time, onsite in Chantilly, VA

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and online training solutions, including Joomla‑based platforms, WBTs, and other e‑learning products. Must possess strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to provide informed recommendations on product design, and familiarity with systems software.

Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you serve as a contributor to advancing the Company's mission. You must have experience working with or in:

• working in a training environment
• using Joomla site design and site administration
• developing WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions
• managing multiple projects simultaneously
• solving complex application development problems
• providing advice and recommendations on product design
• designing, building, and maintaining websites
• creating print products such as posters, books, and presentation materials
• using content creation and management tools for web design, web development, programming, graphic design, animation, videography, photography and audio recording, editing and distribution
• using JIRA or other IT ticket or work tracking syste
• accessing and using images/graphics from ENVATO, Shutterstock, and other subscription platforms

Demonstrated skills required:

• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects, or other similar software products
• Adobe Captivate
• Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML
• MS PowerPoint
• MS OneNote
• MS Word

Highly Desired Qualifications

Highly desired experience working with the following as well as desired education/certification(s):

• web-based collaboration and document management platforms; task management tools that provide browser-based access for team document libraries, calendars, task lists, alert, and schedules such as SharePoint or other similar software products
• Sponsor cloud technology networks and systems
• creating motion graphic products
• working with specialists to build training products
• general photography
• video production or experience in a video production support role
• JavaScript (JS)
• graphic design including animation and 3D animation
• Degree(s): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or other related field from an accredited institution.
• Certification(s): UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution.
