Position Title: Senior Program Integrator (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems - C-UAS)
Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL
Clearance: Secret (Top Secret/SCI may be required or ability to obtain)

Waypoint's customer is seeking a Senior Program Integrator (C-UAS) to support a critical Department of War (DoW) program focused on Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems. This role is central to multi-functional coordination across engineering, logistics, business, and contracts, supporting effective program management and the successful delivery of weapon system capabilities within a complex system-of-systems environment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, proactive integrator with strong credibility, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate leadership needs while navigating complex DoD acquisition environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate program activities to ensure alignment with overall program objectives and mission priorities.
  • Provide comprehensive integration and coordination support to the Program/Product Manager (PM) and Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, business, contracts, and operations to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Assist the PM in understanding, tailoring, and executing DoW acquisition processes, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Support delivery of weapon system capabilities through effective navigation of acquisition regulations.
  • Support the integration of diverse integrated fires and missile defense capabilities into a cohesive system-of-systems architecture.
  • Work closely with technical SMEs to ensure interoperability, alignment, and synergy across platforms and components.
  • Anticipate PM requirements and apply strong analytical judgment to develop and implement solutions to routine and complex program challenges.
  • Define, manage, and refine program requirements to ensure alignment with Warfighter priorities, evolving threats, and technological advancements.
  • Coordinate requirement updates with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor program risks related to cost, schedule, performance, and system integration.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to support successful program outcomes.
  • Serve as a primary interface with internal and external stakeholders, including government leadership, contractors, and partner organizations.
  • Provide regular program updates, including milestone tracking and reporting via Program Management Resource Toolset (PMRT) and Monthly Acquisition Reporting (MAR).
  • Coordinate with finance teams to monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with funding and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate contract vehicle access to meet mission and program needs.
  • Support quality assurance processes to ensure delivery of reliable, effective, and mission-ready C-UAS and integrated fires capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of program objectives.
Requirements:
  • DAWIA Program Management Level III certification.
  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one (Top Secret/SCI may be required for certain efforts).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, or related) with 18+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in defense program management, preferably supporting missile defense, integrated fires, or C-UAS programs.
  • Strong familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Desired:
  • Prior experience supporting DoD and Army organizations and related acquisition stakeholders.
  • Background supporting system-of-systems programs or integrated weapon system portfolios.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies related to missile defense, integrated fires, or counter-UAS capabilities.
