The Opportunity:
As a Strategic Communications Specialist - Management Analyst you will have the opportunity to provide communications support, coordination, and execution to support executive engagement activities in support of I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF). This role supports leadership by coordinating high-visibility events, managing executive communications, and conducting management analysis to improve organizational effectiveness. The position operates under general direction and supports senior staff through detailed planning, coordination, and execution.

The position operates under general direction and supports senior staff through detailed planning, coordination, and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support strategic communications and executive engagement activities for I MEF leadership.
- Coordinate planning and execution of high-visibility events, conferences, and senior-level engagements.
- Draft, review, and manage executive correspondence, schedules, and briefing materials.
- Conduct management analysis to assess organizational processes, workflows, and effectiveness.
- Support coordination with internal staff sections and external stakeholders to ensure aligned messaging.
- Track tasks, milestones, and deliverables in support of leadership priorities.
- Assist with protocol, compliance, and coordination requirements for senior-level engagements.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to senior leadership and staff as directed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in strategic communications, executive support, or management analysis.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a professional environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under general supervision.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting military or DoD organizations.
- Experience coordinating executive-level events or high-visibility engagements.
- Familiarity with protocol, scheduling, and senior-leader support functions.
