As an Operational Logistics Support Specialist you will have the opportunity to provide senior-level logistics planning, coordination, and execution support to I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) in support of exercises, operations, and training events. The Opportunity:

The position serves as a trusted logistics advisor, independently managing complex logistics actions in support of MEF-level missions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level operational logistics support to I MEF staff and subordinate commands.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics support for exercises, training events, and operational activities.
- Integrate logistics requirements across transportation, supply, services, and sustainment functions.
- Coordinate logistics actions with internal staff sections, installation support organizations, and external agencies.
- Support development and execution of logistics-related budgets, funding requests, and cost estimates.
- Track logistics requirements, milestones, and deliverables to ensure mission timelines are met.
- Provide logistics input to planning conferences, working groups, and execution reviews.
- Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation strategies to support mission success.
- Operate independently while providing senior-level recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in operational logistics support within a DoD environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting exercises, deployments, or operational planning activities.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, coordination, and execution at the operational level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and logistics tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and interface with senior military leadership.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting MEF-level or Joint logistics operations.
- Familiarity with exercise logistics planning and execution.
- Experience coordinating logistics funding and contracts.
