This role analyzes operational manpower requirements, supports sourcing and allocation decisions, and delivers executive-level manpower products to inform leadership planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level operational manpower analysis in support of I MEF missions.
- Analyze manpower requirements tied to operational plans, exercises, and force employment.
- Support sourcing, allocation, and readiness assessments for operational forces.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc manpower reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate manpower analysis efforts across staff sections and subordinate commands.
- Identify manpower risks and constraints and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare briefings and decision-support products for operational planners and commanders.
- Ensure manpower products align with policy, guidance, and operational timelines.
- Operate independently while advising leadership on manpower impacts to operations.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in operational manpower analysis or force management.
- Experience supporting operational planning or readiness assessments.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and advise senior leaders.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting MEF-level or Joint operational manpower planning.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps or DoD manpower systems.
