The Opportunity:
As a Facilities Manager you will have the opportunity to provide senior-level facilities planning, management, and advisory support to I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF). This position supports operational readiness by overseeing facilities requirements, infrastructure planning, and coordination with installation and engineering stakeholders. The Facilities Manager serves as a trusted advisor to leadership on facilities sustainment, modernization, and compliance in support of mission execution.

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level facilities management and advisory support to I MEF staff and leadership.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee facilities requirements supporting operational, training, and administrative missions.
- Serve as primary liaison with installation agencies, NAVFAC, and engineering organizations for facilities-related actions.
- Support planning and execution of facilities sustainment, restoration, and modernization (FSRM) initiatives.
- Advise leadership on facilities compliance, space utilization, and infrastructure readiness.
- Support development and management of facilities-related budgets, requirements, and prioritization efforts.
- Coordinate requirements for specialized facilities, including secure spaces, operational facilities, and training infrastructure.
- Track facilities actions, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with operational timelines.
- Provide independent analysis and recommendations to improve facilities effectiveness and mission support.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in facilities management, infrastructure planning, or installation support within a DoD environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating facilities actions with installation and engineering stakeholders.
- Familiarity with facilities sustainment, budgeting, and compliance processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently and advise senior leadership.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting MEF-level or Major Command facilities programs.
- Familiarity with MILCON and FSRM planning processes.
- Experience supporting secure or specialized operational facilities.
