Seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer / integration engineer to design, implement, and maintain integration between ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM modules and networking monitoring applications. The role is to enable automated workflows, improving network visibility and enhancing IT service delivery across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Build and configure integration between ServiceNow and other applications using APIs, connectors, and custom scripts
• Automate workflows for incident management, change requests, and network provisioning
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support
• Monitor integration performance and optimize for efficiency
• Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, network engineers, and other stakeholders to align integration goals
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to other members of the team

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers / Integration Specialists. A Bachelor's or Master's degrees in computer science are preferred with 11 year's relevant experience and education with the following skillsets:
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB)
• Expertise with network management applications to include API integration and orchestration
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, Powershell)
• Proficiency with REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (routing, VPNs, firewalls, QoS)
• Excellent problem-solving and communications skills
Optional Requirements:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
• SD-WAN expertise
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Background in enterprise IT environments with large scale integrations
