Position Overview
The Operational Liaison / Task Lead (Level 3) provides on-site leadership and workforce management support to Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) ISR-PED operations. This role serves as the primary liaison between contractor personnel and senior government leadership, ensuring effective day-to-day management of the SOF PED contractor workforce. The Task Lead reports to the ISR-PED Site Lead and supports AFSOC/A2X in maintaining operational continuity, personnel readiness, and mission execution.
The successful candidate will bring strong intelligence operations experience combined with proven leadership, personnel management, and coordination skills in a classified operational environment.

Qualifications
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to AFSOC/A2X by overseeing day-to-day operations of the SOF PED contractor workforce.
- Serve as the senior liaison between contractor personnel and government / military leadership.
- Report to and support the ISR-PED Site Lead in executing contractor workforce management responsibilities.
- Conduct contractor supervisory and promotion interviews to ensure effective leadership structure within the workforce.
- Ensure contractor personnel complete all required government and corporate training on time or ahead of schedule.
- Monitor employee time charging and ensure timecards are accurate and submitted on schedule.
- Manage contractor movement and assignment within SOF PED operational environments.
- Oversee contractor disciplinary actions and coordinate with the Site Lead as appropriate.
- Manage corporate administrative requirements and operational scheduling for Guard / Reserve contractor personnel.
- Coordinate and manage new contractor in-processing, including:
- Reporting instructions
- Base access and passes
- CAC issuance
- Ancillary and mandatory training
- Timecard system training
- Class and duty schedule assignments
- Coordinate alternate work locations, additional training requirements, and alternate duty schedules with the COR and Site Lead.
- Support requirements tracking and personnel readiness reporting as needed.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- Minimum of 10 years hands-on intelligence analysis and production experience within the past 12 years.
- Demonstrated experience performing team leadership, shift lead, or task lead responsibilities in an intelligence operations environment.
- Full understanding of Task Lead responsibilities in a classified operational setting.
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 8 additional years of experience supporting Air Force and Special Operations intelligence personnel management.
- Additional intelligence analysis and production experience beyond minimum requirements is highly desired.
- Prior experience supporting AFSOC and/or USSOCOM intelligence operations preferred.
