Contract: Intelligence Support and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance - Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (ISR-PED) Support
Location: Hurlburt Field, Florida
Clearance: TS/SCI required

Position Overview

The HUMINT Collection Advisor (Senior) provides specialized human domain and socio-cultural intelligence expertise in support of Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) ISR-PED operations. This role supports the development of Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE) by integrating human geography, socio-cultural analysis, and HUMINT tradecraft to strengthen operational planning and decision-making.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in human domain intelligence, supporting AFSOC's Human Domain Initiative and contributing to validated HUMINT collection requirements aligned with the Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP) and the broader Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide human geography and socio-cultural analytic support for the development of Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (IPOE).
  • Incorporate HUMINT collection requirements, methodologies, tradecraft, and Intelligence Community (IC) best practices into AFSOC intelligence processes.
  • Provide analytic guidance, tradecraft support, and knowledge-sharing to intelligence personnel and stakeholders.
  • Assist in establishing validated, submitted, and tasked Human Domain collection requirements in accordance with DIAP standards.
  • Support AFSOC's Human Domain Initiative in fulfilling intelligence obligations to Command leadership, subordinate units, and the National Intelligence Community.
  • Contribute to knowledge capture, sharing, and training initiatives related to HUMINT and human domain operations.
  • Coordinate with ISR, SIGINT, GEOINT, and IMINT elements to ensure integrated multi-discipline intelligence support.
  • Participate in intelligence planning meetings, briefings, and working groups as required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Minimum of 10 years hands-on experience within the last 12 years incorporating human geography and socio-cultural knowledge into IPOE development using HUMINT requirements, methodologies, and tradecraft.
  • Must possess and maintain a positively adjudicated polygraph upon contract start date (at contractor expense).
  • Proficiency in the HOTR system and database is required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HUMINT Collection Advisor duties in an operational intelligence environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 8 additional years of experience incorporating human geography and socio-cultural analysis into IPOE development.
  • Additional experience in HUMINT analysis, collection management, and intelligence product development is highly desired.
  • Prior experience supporting AFSOC or USSOCOM intelligence operations preferred.
